Add a SlotIndexes::insertMachineInstrInMaps to insert the instruction after any null indexes.
This makes a difference if a live interval is referring to a deleted instruction. It can be important to insert an instruction before or after a deleted instruction to avoid interference. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@130686 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
