Fast-math flags added to FPMathOperator.
Created FastMathFlags convenience struct for the getting and setting of fast-math flags en masse. Added SubclassOptionalData bitfields and corresponding getters/setters to FPMathOperator for the various fast-math flags. git-svn-id: https://llvm.org/svn/llvm-project/llvm/trunk@168641 91177308-0d34-0410-b5e6-96231b3b80d8
