Pretty print DBG_VALUE machine instructions.
Before:
DBG_VALUE %RSI, 0, !-1; dbg:SimpleRegisterCoalescing.cpp:2707
Now:
DBG_VALUE %RSI, 0, !"this"; dbg:SimpleRegisterCoalescing.cpp:2707
