Implement two basic "strace -f" tests
* Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Add tests.
* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Add tests/Makefile.
* tests/.gitignore: New file.
* tests/Makefile.am: Likewise.
* tests/init.sh: Likewise.
* tests/ptrace_setoptions: Likewise.
* tests/strace-f: Likewise.
